Enjoy a five course meal prepared with locally sourced ingredients by local chefs. Keynote speaker Robert Egger will share challenges and solutions to eliminate intergenerational hunger. Egger is Founder and President of L.A. Kitchen, which recovers fresh fruits and vegetables to fuel a culinary arts job training program. This year’s all­star chef lineup includes Omaha chefs Jessica and Paul Urban from Block 16, Darrell Auld from Twisted Cork Bistro Omaha, Renee Cornett from Prairie Plate Restaurant, Matt Roush from Bread&Cup, and Brandon Harpster from Single Barrel. All proceeds will support Nebraska Sustainable Agriculture Society and the food hub for No More Empty Pots

Pop In To SNR’s Pop Up

Sunday Night Ramen is hosting its first ever pop up in just less than three weeks. The winners of this year’s Ramen Fest will be serving a limited number of guests at Le Bouillon on Nov. 8th. Tickets are $25 (cash only) and available during business hours at Le Bouillon in advance. If you saw the lines at Ramen Fest, you are already aware that these tickets are going to sell fast! Your meal will consist of Tonkotsu Ramen served with a pork belly steam bun and Furikake popcorn, or a vegetarian option.
