Who doesn’t love award season?  The “Oscars of Food” or rather The James Beard Foundation Awards have announced their 2013 semifinalists. Both Chef Clayton Chapman, from The Grey Plume and Chef Jon Seymour from V. Mertz were among the semifinalists. Committee of Restaurateurs and Chefs selected the distinguished groups of semifinalists from over 44,000 online entries. Way to represent the big “O”.
