Tired Texan

A kitchen fire has put Tired Texan to bed for the next few weeks, but the owners aren’t taking the hit lying down. Chef, Grill-master, and co-owner turned temporary fire fighter Chip Holland managed to extinguish the fire, which gripped his kitchen shortly after he left for the evening last Tuesday, has the cleanup and reconstruction well under way. Keep your eyes peeled for reopening dates, and then patronize like your smoked meats depended on it.
