Lula B’s will host a grand opening sidewalk party this Saturday starting at 10am. The breakfast, brunch, and bar is also hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony today at 3pm. The restaurant is located at 902 Dodge street in the former Local Beer and Patio. Follow the restaurant on Facebook to learn that they serve a lot more than bottomless mimosas and beautiful breakfasts!

We share this information every summer, as school meals fall off the table and providing food for hungry families becomes even more of a chore. The hotline can be used to find access to food security programs, or you can text 97779 with simple information requests like “find free summer meals” or “kids eat free”. There you can access the program, donate funds, or volunteer your time to help feed Omaha’s most vulnerable citizens.
