

René Guzmán had never worked in a kitchen nor had he considered himself a chef. But that all changed in March of 2020, when he began to build Little Ve’s, his vegan Latin food business, out of his kitchen.
Now, Little Ve’s is in its final week as the featured restaurant at The Switch, 3618 Farnam St., and Guzmán’s social media posts of vibrant, vegan dishes continue to draw in customers eager to try his food at other local pop-ups.
