Juju's Vegan

Being a New Orleans native, food IS LIFE. Chef Derick’s recent passion for vegan food inspired him to convert many of his favorites to vegan masterpieces!

Chef Derick’s new potato salad is a Greek inspired fusion with Southern swag. Yukon gold and red potatoes set the stage. Multi colored bell peppers and onions add a satisfying crunch. Scores of black olives, green olives and capers add an incredible tang.

Vegan mayo adds a familiar dimension of creaminess. Chunks of tofu egg are added for protein and complements the classic flavor profile. Hints of herbs and mustard seeds seal the deal.

His vegan meals are so good, you won’t miss the meat!
