Hi hello, welcome! I can’t wait to feed you. Veg.Edible is Omaha’s ONLY 100% vegan, gluten-free + nut-free (‘cept coconut) pop up eatery with soy-free options and dedicated equipment.

We are a temporary restaurant that pops up at established businesses to serve you all the meals + munchies! Our commercial kitchen is Kitchen Council in Council Bluffs.

We do not have a brick + mortar location…yet! Depending on the location, each pop up can have varying factors. Please follow us on social media to hear about where you can catch Veg.Edible next!
