Lincoln’s the Millions will once again be missed. The alternative dream-poppers, who were on major label subsidiary of Polygram Records in the early 1990s, played the final set of their brief reunion. The set showed a seasoned professionalism despite the band’s lengthy hiatus. The band is anchored by Lori Allison’s breathy, but powerful vocals and guitarist Harry Dingman III’s shimmering, beautiful guitar lines. It’s a sound that would easily fit into today’s indie pop spectrum. So far, it’s been a Maha Music Festival highlight.
