This is the ninth installment of our Focus Forward email membership campaign. We’re trying to add 100 members by the end of the year. Will you help us build a better news landscape for as little as $5 a month? Become a member today.

Three weeks ago we announced our Focus Forward campaign, our end-of-year drive to bring at least 100 more members into The Reader’s community of journalism supporters, who help build a better Omaha.

We’re now halfway through our push to support Focus Forward, and we need your support. Are you ready? Join now.

Hundreds of your neighbors have stepped up to deliver resources and support that ensures vibrant local news that serves the community in 2022. And you never know how far a good deed will go. We wanted to share a message we got from Paris a few weeks ago where our stories are apparently making an impact.

We enjoy reading as much as possible from The Reader to keep us apprised of what’s going on in Omaha and Nebraska!

We are presently in France and numerous articles aren’t available to anyone outside the US of A so we are ‘happy’ to connect.

We’ll be returning to Omaha for a longer stay and look forward to the possibility of reading daily – and going over to Film Streams to pick up the paper version! Don’t miss any of them when we’re in Omaha!

Great reading and we appreciate all the articles, wherever we are!  We’ll check into subscribing when we get there.

Thanks very much! Much appreciated!

But you don’t have to travel to the city of love to meet someone who’s got a thing for our journalism. Become a member today and ensure that wherever in the world people live, they can count on quality journalism continuing in Omaha.
