Two men are dead after a plane bound for Millard crashed east of Norfolk, Neb. Investigators believe the crash was weather-related. Search crews found the wreckage on the afternoon of Nov. 22. The plane, registered to a home in Ralston, departed from Chamberlain, S.D., at 5 p.m. on Nov. 21. Steven Schmillen, 63, of Omaha was the pilot of the plane. David Radke of Charlotte, N.C. also died in the crash.
