The month of March might seem far down the road, but Omaha Fashion Week’s spring shows will be here in the blink of an eye.  Join OFW at their brand new venue, KANEKO, for four days of the Midwest’s best up and coming fashion designers.

Wednesday, March 21st marks OFW’s first ever Survivor Style Show; Featuring collections from a number of local boutiques, this show will serve as a fundraiser for Inner Beauty, a specialty salon for cancer survivors. All fashions will be modeled by women who have overcome various types of cancer, most of whom have been helped by Inner Beauty, located at the Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center.

Thursday, March 22nd will showcase children’s wear and artistic designers including Hollie Hanash for Ruffled Runway, Yolanda Diaz for Little Miss Fashion, Leah Casper, Elizabeth Fitzgerald, Olajide Cooper for Kotero and Angela Balderston.

Friday, March 23rd will feature day and street wear designs from Emma Erickson, Megan Hunt for Princess Lasertron, Jane Round and Paddy Tarlton for Dancin Yogi.

Saturday, March 24th will serve as the spring show finale, and will feature glam and men’s wear designs. Designers Christian Shuster for ChristianMICHEAL, Just Because by Kate Walz, Terri Jen Bucker for NueVintage Apparel & Accessories,  Amanda Clark for I Design with Love, Bertiher De La Cruz Trinidad and Tiffany Headley for Donna Faye Couture will all show their collections this evening.

All shows will take place at KANEKO, located at 1111 Jones Street in Omaha’s Old Market District. Doors open at 6 p.m. each evening and runway shows will begin promptly at 8 p.m.

VIP tickets are available now for $60, and include front row seats and free drinks during a pre-show party at the venue starting at 6 p.m. each night. Reserve tickets are available ranging from $30-$50, dependent on selected seating. Reserve ticketholders may also attend the pre-show party and purchase cocktails at the cash bar.

All show attendees are invited to stay for the after party each night to mix and mingle with the designers and to view their designs up close and personal at no cost. Visit omahafashionweek.com/tickets to purchase tickets for all events.
