They invite some friends, build a stage, pull in a beer trailer and book some music. Jake’s Cigars and Spirits is throwing another Benson Block Party and an all-star lineup of locally-based bands has been arranged. Look for great beers on tap and food from Espana and Chef Mike, plus music by Little Brazil, Dim Light, Ghost Runners, Brad Hoshaw & the 7 Deadlies, Blue Bird, Matt Cox, Gus & Call and Mojo & the Mofos. Expect spontaneous outbreaks of dancing and a seriously fun time for a good time. It’s a benefit for the Benson Public Library.
