Expect some sing-a-longs. Timing is everything with this event, which is part of the city’s Holiday Lights Festival. If you plan taking in the lighting ceremony and the concert, then it’s best you allot time for getting from the lighting spectacular to the concert, which immediately follows the flip-the-switch ceremony that turns downtown into a giant Xmas display.
