June 3 One Eye Open: The Photographic Works of Bryce Bridges The New BLK, 1213 Jones St. Opening reception Friday, June 3 7-11 p.m. Award-winning photographer Bryce Bridges (a frequent Reader contributor) will display the work of his distinguished career at the Old Market’s NewBLK gallery June 3-26. One Eye Open features Bridges’ music-based photography, found imagery, abstract photography and his most recent work from the Middle East. He has worked on projects with a variety of magazines including Rolling Stone, Time, Teen People, Fortune Small Business and SPIN. An opening reception for the exhibit will be held Friday from 7-11 p.m.
