Loom Weaves Joslyn Sculpture Garden

House of Loom started with loom events, “weaving the social fabric through dance.” Loom Weaves Joslyn Sculpture Garden is loom to the max, a multicultural festival featuring music, dance, body painting, live art, yoga, dance performances and more, to bring together “the diversity that lives in Omaha.”  Performances and activities include Yoga Rocks the Park, True X Breakdance crew, Omahoop LED performance, live art by Gerard Pefung, salsa and belly dancing, DJS Brent Crampton, Kethro and Stephen Bils, Maya Taylor Modern Dance, ska band The Bishops and much more. Vendors include Word Made Flsh, Project Everlast, Project Interfaith, the Nebraska Aids Project, InCommon, Blab inc. and more as well as a cash bar and Joslyn’s grill will be present for enjoyment. Loom Weaves Joslyn welcomes all ages and will continue at House of Loom 11p.m.-2a.m. for 21+ no cover.
