In the midst of the Halloween season, Sony Pictures has re-released the comedy film classic Ghostbusters to the big screen for a limited time. Ghostbusters stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Sigourney Weaver and tells the story of a paranormal ghost removal service. ilm Critic Roger Ebert calls the film “an exception to the general rule that big special effects can wreck a comedy … Rarely has a movie this expensive provided so many quotable lines.” Ghostbusters has developed into it’s own franchise, with a sequel filmed, another one in pre-production and two television spin-offs.
