Established in 2011, The Union for Contemporary Art is a non-profit organization created in response to needs expressed by artists and those who saw the arts as an unexpendable resource to the greater Omaha community. The public is invited to UCA’s Spring Open House on Saturday, April 13th from 11am to 3pm. There will be an opportunity to meet current fellows in the Studio Fellowship Program: Leslie Duigiud, Angela Drakeford, Shea Wilkinson, Stephanie Sterling, and Victoria Hoyt. See studio spaces, check out The North Omaha Tool Library, the Abundance Garden Project, and learn more about the programs and work being done to help with the revitalization of North Omaha.
