Don’t be a Halloween weenie and miss out on this spooktacular event at MoJoPo’s Voodoo Lounge in Benson. Situated accross the street from Jake’s, the Voodoo Lounge will start the night off with a congo drum circle to invoke the spirits of all hallows eve and, perhaps, awaken your own inner dance demon. After the drum circle comes to an end, local rock n’ rollers, Rock Paper Dynamite, will comandeer the stage and possess your bodies with their sharp guitar hooks and rhythmic beats. Dancing is very much recommended as is swooning over front-man, Joey “Animal” Janousek. Commencing after RPD wraps their set up will be the MoJo Voodoo band. As MoJo himself says, “It’s where the magique happens.” He also says, “If you don’t know you can’t go.” So now that you know, feel free to go.
