Producers Choice Chef Award

Metropolitan Community College’s Institute for Culinary Arts welcomes the Nebraska Sustainable Ag Society for their 2015 Producers Choice Chef Award. Local nominees include Colin and Jessica Duggan (Kitchen Table), Isa Moscowitz (Modern Love), Glenn Wheeler (Spencers for Steaks and Chops) and Ben Maides (Avoli). Food Raiser

Stop in at Hot Shops January 1-29 to check out the Potluck – Art for Food Exhibit. The exhibit is free and open to the public and attendees are encouraged to bring along some nonperishable food to donate.
