Dixie Quick’s, named Best Restaurant Menu Specials, features comfort food, southern traditionals and a medley of Cajun, Tex-Mex and Southwest flavors. “We shop for ingredients every day so the food we serve is fresh,” Rob Gilmer, co-owner, posted to the restaurant’s website.
“The menu does vary.” Entrees may feature char-broiled pork loin and Texas chile pepper steak. Reservations are required for weekend brunches, which recently included an asparagus & prosciutto omelet, oatmeal & ice cream, and the Cactus Scramble.
