It won’t be business as usual at Omaha Farmer’s Markets this summer, but farmers are still showing up to keep Omaha fed.

No sampling, no change, and no loitering. The Farmer’s Market is still a place to meet, if not physically greet your neighbors
Village Pointe
The Village Pointe Farmer’s Market has announced their planned return. Saturdays from June 6 through Saturday, October 3, the market will be open 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The hours of 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. are reserved for the elderly, expecting mothers, and customers with underlying health conditions. This isn’t a fake service dog situation, please abide by the restrictions.
In addition to the early opening to those high-risk, vendor stalls will sit no less than 10 feet apart. Hand sanitizer will be available at each stand, and vendors will have personal protection equipment (face masks, disposable gloves and disinfectant wipes/spray). Vendors will ask that customers place cash payments on the table or in a customer-facing lockbox to minimize contact. Exact change is requested, and samples are no longer permitted.
Old Market
The Downtown Farmer’s Market has also planned to reopen on June 6th, but wants to continue to include vendors who are unable to qualify for stands due to ramped up restrictions. Visit https://omahafarmersmarket.com/old-market/ for a guide to additional avenues to support your local artisans!
Aksarben
Sundays starting June 7th, Aksarben will resume hosting its annual Market. All restrictions and guidelines can be found by visiting https://omahafarmersmarket.com/aksarben-village/.
Florence Mill
The Florence Mill Market has made the decision to use this season to build the best future market time can buy. With a number of renovations already underway, the mill is making the sweetest lemonade out of a sour situation. Can’t wait to see you in 2021!
Midtown Crossing
The night market will forego this season’s event, but looks forward to returning next year!
