Pop-Upportunity for Potential Pub Owner

What Dandelion does for chefs, an upcoming opportunity wants to do for cocktail conceptualists. In its latest incarnation, Dandelion will be providing a venue and product for aspiring bar owners to pitch your concept to the public. To be considered for the lineup, email Dandelionomaha@Gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name (and potential concept brand)
  • Your email address
  • Resume detailing your industry experience
  • A 250 word description of your concept and what you think it brings to the Omaha barscape

Exposure through Dandelion has enriched Omaha’s culinary scene with each event, resulting in countless new menu items and more than one brick and mortar. The team is thrilled for the opportunity to help shine a light on your unique bar concept.
