You Know It’s Spring When…
Dandelions start popping up. Nick Bartholomew has released a teaser draft of the coming season’s featured chefs, and it’s spectacular. The Spring launch will occur April ninth and feature a menu by V Mertz. While the entirety of the menu hasn’t been finalized, the restaurants already commited are enough to bring the standard sell-out-sized crowd to the commons, so don’t be late!
