Tired Texan

A kitchen fire has put Tired Texan to bed for the next few weeks, but the owners aren’t taking the hit lying down. Chef, Grill-master, and co-owner turned temporary fire fighter Chip Holland managed to extinguish the fire, which gripped his kitchen shortly after he left for the evening last Tuesday, has the cleanup and reconstruction well under way. Keep your eyes peeled for reopening dates, and then patronize like your smoked meats depended on it.

Jaipur Indian Restaurant and Brew

In a post on their Facebook Page, Jaipur made the announcement that they would be adding a second location in Dundee in an effort to serve their award winning Indian cuisine to more Omahans. The new establishment at 5018 Underwood is seeking a full staff, and interested candidates should call Gyanendra Bhandari at 402-290-2712 or stop by the Rockbrook Village location at 10922 Elm.
