High-octane blues-rocker Walter Trout hits the Zoo Bar on Tuesday, Sept. 6, for a 6 p.m. show.
Ana Popovic mixes sex appeal with guitar-driven blues-rock. She’s at The 21st Saloon on Wednesday, Sept. 7, at 5:30 p.m. Blues Society of Omaha members get in free. Popovic plays Lincoln’s Zoo Bar on Thursday, Sept. 8, at 6 p.m.
Meanwhile, Lil’ Ed & The Blues Imperials bring their raw, hard-driving Chicago blues to Lincoln’s Zoo Bar on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 6-9 p.m. The band is a winner of the Blues Music Award for Band of the Year. They are touring in support of their most recent Alligator disc, Full Tilt. Ed and the band also play The 21st Saloon on Thursday, Sept. 8, at 5:30 p.m.
