Attention blushing brides and dashing grooms to be –tickets to Omaha’s inaugural Lovestruck event are available now! Be sure to save the date for Sunday, September 30th for Omaha’s first wedding show created for the modern couple (Full Disclusure: I am a vendor for this event).
Curated by local wedding experts Candace Kalasky of Lovestru.ck Social Events, Megan Hunt of Princess Lasertron and Lesley Peterson of Inclosed Studio, Lovestruck sets out to bring a bridal experience unlike any other in the Midwest. As friends, sisters, mothers, fiancés and former brides have often experienced, bridal fairs can be stressful. And stuffing brochure after brochure into a tote bag while shuffling between booths in a hotel ballroom can be exhausting –often leaving couples feeling confused and uninspired.
At Lovestruck, couples will be able to take a twirl on the dance floor, feel the stationary, experiment with decorations and try out complimentary cocktails from an on-site mixologist. Lovestruck is truly a wedding event that will inspire and energize couples while leaving them with a curated selection of wedding resources to draw from for their special day.
Lovestruck is sponsored by Borsheims and will include many unique vendors such as Nostalgia Vintage Event Rentals, The Mullers Photography, Blush Makeup Artistry, Rhylan Lang, Butterfly Bakery and many, many more.
The Lovestruck event will take place on Sunday, September 30th at Omaha’s Bancroft Street Market. Tickets are on sale now for $35 at lovestruckomaha.com/tickets. Visit lovestruckomaha.com for an up to date list of vendors and for more information on this event.
