If you are looking for a St. Patrick’s Day treat, Cupcake Island, 1314 S. 119th St, is offering new cupcake flavors for March that will please any Leprechaun. First, Aunt Lois’ Blarney Stone is yellow cake frosted in powdered sugar frosting then rolled in peanuts. Next is the Drunken Leprechaun, which is made of chocolate Guinness cake with a chocolate whiskey filling topped with a Guinness buttercream. The Grasshopper cupcake is minted cake with chocolate mint pieces baked inside then topped with a minty buttercream.
