OEAAs on the Horizon
The Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards are fast approaching and will cap off a year of incredible music, art, and theater. OEAA Board President Emily Cox and her talented staff have been working furiously to organize the annual event that brings together our amazing creative class for a night of recognition and revelry.
Over the next couple of weeks leading up to the event, the Worlds of Wayne Podcast will be hosting a slew of guests from each discipline. In the latest episode, I welcome Emily Cox, Dominique Morgan, and Kate Prokop for an interview about the music awards and how the OEAAs work to help cultivate the music scene all year round. Following shows will include guests in the theater and art categories.

A year of great music
Seems like 2015 was a very prolific year for music in Omaha. Local bands toured the US and overseas, were featured on national television shows, produced videos, and released a grip of albums.
