Wilson and The Dell
If you’ve been following along on our Instagram stories (@TheReaderOmahaDish) you may have caught an update that proves, as the Counting Crows promised, there’s reason to believe maybe this year will be better than the last. After Covid caused the closure of The Dundee Dell after 86 years, it started to sink in that Omaha’s culinary scene was going to take a hit.
New owner Andrew Wilson wanted to ensure that the damage wasn’t permanent and set to work reopening The Dundee Dell. The new owner intends to keep the vibe, most of the menu, and to reintroduce some of the classic components that made The Dell Omaha’s hangout. Follow The Dundee Dell on Facebook for upcoming partial opening dates, expected within the next 6 weeks.
