* George Paul Vinegar released its raspberry and Brianna vinegars in late January. The company, which is located in Cody, Neb., and makes artisanal vinegar, sold out of its first batch of raspberry vinegar back in 2009. This is the first run of the Brianna, which is made from Nebraska-grown white wine. The company is offering a free bottle of its apple-cider vinegar on orders of three or more bottles until March 1. George Paul Vinegar is available online at georgepaulvinegar.com or to purchase at Whole Foods or La Buvette. * eCreamery is offering assistance to home chefs. The online and retail ice cream store is selling pre-packaged mixes of four of its ice cream flavors, including vanilla bean, buttered caramel, tiramisu cappuccino and three cocoa bean chocolate. All home cooks need do is add the mix to cream, half and half and sugar in an ice cream maker. The mixes cost $12 for about four quarts. The mix is available online at ecreamery.com or at the store on 50th and Underwood.
